The 15-inch HD touchscreen provides a wider view and more precise operation, making it suitable for complex program editing and 3D trajectory display. With a fanless industrial-grade design and enhanced oil and dust resistance, it is suitable for heavy-cutting, dusty, and high-vibration environments in five-axis machining centers.

Control Capability

Upgraded 6-axis control (S1V6) natively supports five-axis linkage (X/Y/Z/C/A or B axis). It features high-end functions such as tool tip following, feature plane control, and tool axis vector smoothing, meeting the precision machining requirements of complex curved surfaces such as impellers, molds, and small aerospace parts. Advanced dual-channel functions support synchronized high-speed spindle positioning and high-speed feed interpolation, greatly improving machining efficiency.

Communication and Expansion

With full bus coverage including EtherCAT, MII, MIII, and RTEX, it is compatible with high-end servos, linear motors, and high-speed spindles. It offers powerful secondary development capabilities and supports complex applications such as five-axis machining centers, high-speed engraving and milling machines, and multi-station automated production lines, meeting the needs of Industry 4.0 intelligent manufacturing.
