VEICHI CNC

VEICHI CNC was established in July 2024 and is affiliated with Suzhou VEICHI Electric (688698), a listed company on the STAR Market. As a "new core" in the field of domestic high-end CNC, it relies on the parent company's over two decades of industrial automation technology accumulation, taking root in the high-end domestic CNC track, committed to breaking foreign technology monopolies and promoting the upgrading of the domestic high-end CNC industry. Since its establishment, the parent company, VEICHI Electric, has always focused on the field of electrical transmission and industrial control, being a high-tech enterprise integrating industrial automation product R&D, production, and sales. With the vision of "becoming a leading enterprise in global smart industry and green energy solutions," the company has established three R&D centers in Suzhou, Shenzhen, and Xi'an, and three production bases in Suzhou, Changzhou, and Jiujiang. The underlying algorithms are independently controllable

We independently develop core technologies such as high-precision interpolation algorithms, five-axis motion control algorithms, and tool tip compensation algorithms. These technologies do not require reliance on foreign technology licenses. We can quickly iterate and optimize these solutions based on customer requirements, thereby significantly improving the machining accuracy and operational stability of the equipment.

Integrated control and drive design

CNC systems and servo drives achieve deep collaborative optimization, reducing communication latency to achieve millisecond-level response from command issuance to device operation, addressing issues such as weak compatibility and delayed response of traditional heterogeneous products, effectively improving processing efficiency and finished product precision.

EtherCAT high-speed bus technology

Equipped with an industrial-grade high-speed real-time bus, it supports multi-axis synchronous control. Data transmission is stable and efficient. It can meet the real-time control requirements of high-end applications such as five-axis simultaneous machining and high-speed, high-precision processing. Its technical specifications meet international standards.

Mature process ecosystem

It comes with a full set of advanced processing templates for turning-milling, 5-axis surface machining, high-speed drilling and tapping, and mold processing. These features enable quick adaptation to the needs of various industries, reducing on-site debugging costs and shortening the time required to get the equipment up and running.

Independent research and development of core hardware

CNC mainframes, drive modules, control board cards, and other critical hardware are all independently designed and manufactured, breaking reliance on imported chips, effectively avoiding supply chain risks, while optimizing comprehensive costs, ensuring customized rapid delivery.
