V800MA CNC System Practical Application

For large workpiece machining requirements, the V800MA complete package solution provides a stable and reliable CNC control solution.

Project Overview

This project adopts the VEICHI CNC V800MA complete package solution for application on a 1614 machining center. Based on the actual application requirements of the equipment, system wiring guidance, communication configuration, feed axis and spindle commissioning were completed. In combination with on-site processing requirements, PLC functions were customized and optimized to ensure stable production operation of the equipment.

On-Site Commissioning

System wiring guidance and I/O communication configuration were completed on site. Parameter optimization was carried out for the feed axes and spindle, and drive parameter files were established to improve on-site commissioning efficiency and provide support for stable equipment operation.

PLC Function Optimization

According to the customer’s on-site application needs, customized PLC function development was carried out. Functions such as tool-release air blow delay control, three-color indicator light, and buzzer reminders were added, making equipment operation more aligned with on-site production habits and further improving the user experience. For the on-site laser machining application requirements, the machining program was adapted and adjusted to ensure normal operation of the relevant compensation functions and meet the customer’s actual machining needs.
