VEICHI CNC at CCMT 2026: Diversified Scenario-Based Solutions Empower High-End Precision Intelligent Manufacturing

On April 21, the 14th China CNC Machine Tool Fair (CCMT 2026) officially opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As a subsidiary of VEICHI Electric focusing on the machine tool field, VEICHI CNC appeared at Booth W1-B302 with full-scenario solutions deeply integrating multiple sectors, including CNC systems, digital IoT, industrial robots, and AI visual inspection, presenting its technical accumulation and innovation achievements in the high-end CNC machine tool field.

Based on the machine tool industry’s stringent requirements for high speed, high precision, and high reliability, VEICHI CNC showcased a full range of core products at the exhibition, including high-performance CNC systems, single-machine and multi-drive servo series, and liquid-cooled motors. Relying on VEICHI Electric Group’s complete product system, we have developed systematic complete solutions for different machine tool types and application scenarios:

  • Turn-mill compound machining solutions for complex part processing
  • Drilling and tapping center and machining center solutions that improve drilling and tapping efficiency and surface quality
  • Five-axis linkage system complete solutions for precision machining of complex curved surfaces

These solutions not only cover general machining scenarios, but can also be flexibly customized according to users’ process characteristics, helping machine tool manufacturers and end users improve machining accuracy, production efficiency, and overall equipment utilization. The exhibition site attracted a large number of professional customers to stop and communicate.

Amid the wave of intelligent manufacturing transformation, we also showcased overall digital solutions. Relying on VEICHI Electric’s independently developed digital IoT platform, real-time monitoring of CNC machine tool operating status, intelligent operation and maintenance, production efficiency analysis, fault warning, and remote diagnosis can be achieved, effectively reducing unplanned downtime. Based on the MOM platform, systems such as CRM, PLM, MES, and WMS are integrated to build a visible, manageable, and controllable workshop management environment for the machine tool industry, empowering the digital and intelligent upgrading of production.

To meet the flexible production needs of machine tools, we launched industrial robot solutions focusing on typical scenarios such as machine tool loading and unloading, workpiece handling, deburring, grinding, and polishing, equipped with multiple industrial robots and collaborative robots. The products feature high positioning accuracy, fast response, and easy integration, and can deeply collaborate with CNC systems to achieve integrated control of “machine tool + robot,” helping build flexible manufacturing units and adapt to multi-variety, small-batch production modes.
